I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy time for florists, but it’s still important to have orders ready when promised. He placed the order at 1 p.m. and called before heading over, and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t ready and ended up being about an hour late. Since it was a pickup order, there also shouldn’t have been a delivery charge. The arrangement was beautiful, but it felt overpriced for what we received. The flowers appeared too mature and died within a day, which was very disappointing given the cost. Stopped by on Valentine’s Day and even though they were insanely busy and I hadn’t preordered anything, they took the time to make me a beautiful arrangement - my wife said this is her favorite bouquet she’s gotten and we’ve been together 14 years!
